We mainly use local fishermen, butchers, farmers, cheese makers and foragers as our suppliers. The seasons are very important at Margate Supper, during the summer we love to cook lighter food using locally caught fish, prawns, crabs and amazing vegetable from our Kentish Garden of England.
When the weather is colder and the winter storms are sweeping in from our coast we will warm you up with meat cooked over open fire, heart warming and seasonal fish soups, slow roasted Kentish lamb with crispy potatoes and a rich lamb sauce or anything else this beautiful nature has to offer…
